OxyFerm DO

The OxyFerm family of electrochemical (amperometric) oxygen sensors are designed for the use in biotechnology applications,where autoclavations, steam sterilisations (SIP) and cleaning in place procedures occur frequently. Different membrane materials and membrane body shapes with a protective edge or rounded are available. The rounded with the FDA-approved silicone membrane is called OxyFerm FDA. Available with the innovative Arc technology.

OxyGold DO

The OxyGold family of electrochemical (amperometric) oxygen sensors is designed for applications with trace levels of oxygen, i.e. boiler feed water and beverages. The B-version has an acidic electrolyte and shows therefore no cross-sensitivity to carbon dioxide. Available with the innovative Arc technology.

VisiFerm Optical DO Arc

The VisiFerm is the first optical sensor ever for the measurement of dissolved oxygen that has significant advantages compared to classical Clark cells because there's no electrolyte needed and the luminophore is embedded in a robust sensor cap. The EasyFerm pH electrodes are the predecessors of the EasyFerm Plus family. It was designed for Biotech applications like fermentations where autoclavations and steam sterilizations frequently occur. Some manufacturers equip their fermenters with the EasyFerm for the start-up.

ChemoTrode

The ChemoTrode family of pH electrodes is designed for the use in harsh chemical applications. A constant outflow of electrolyte guarantees highly stable pH signals. The level of the electrolyte can be checked when installed in a tank or a pipe if the Masterfit housing is used.

ClaryTrode

The ClaryTrode family of pH electrodes is designed for applications containing hydrofluoric acid (HF). HF is often formed in processes where unspecified materials are combusted. The ClaryTrode is frequently used in the corresponding gas washer.

EasyControl

The EasyControl pH- and ORP-electodes are simple entry level electrodes for process applications like water. The robust sensor design with a diaphragm and a gel electrolyte allow long lifetimes in surface and drinking water applications.

InchTrode

The InchTrode family of pH electrodes is designed for the use in wastewater applications due to its resistant plastic housing. An additional housing for the process connection is not needed because the plastic shaft has a NPT thread.

The IonoTrode pH electrode is designed for stable measurements in samples with lowest conductivity. Due to is large pH glass membrane, the IonoTrode is very often installed in a by-pass using a Flexiflow SL armature.

The MecoTrode family of pH electrodes is designed for various water applications. This sensor is highly accurate when measuring at high pH values. The ORP version is called OxyTrode.

pHeasy

The aim of the pHeasy electrode design is to require as little maintenance as possible: The Polisolve electrolyte is maintenance free, and the Single Pores are resistant to clogging. It contains a second reference electrode (CheckRef) that serves to monitor the state of the reference electrolyte. The CheckRef helps to detect reference problems and indicates when to exchange the sensor.

Polilyte

The big Polilyte family consists of the Polilyte Plus and its predecessors Polilyte HT, Polilyte Pro and Polyclave. They all have a polymeric reference electrolyte and use the Single Pore technology which is characterized by non-clogging of its liquid junction. The difference between these pH sensors are the pH glass type, the reference system, the number of Single Pores and the reference electrolytes. They're all designed for the use in a harsh chemical environment.

JacoTrode

The JacoTrode is a multiparameter sensor that can be used for the measurement of pH, ORP, conductivity and temperature in various applications. The advantage of the sensor is that there's only one o-ring in contact with the media for several parameters.

Polyplast Pro

The Polyplast Pro pH- and ORP-electrodes are entry level process sensors with a plastic shaft. The maximum allowed process temperature is therefore limited to 40 °C with short exceptions up to 60 °C.
